Meaning of “You” and “Your” in Proxri Deal and Terms of Use

In our Proxri Deal and Terms of Use, the terms “you” and “your” apply to any individual person or entity using the Offerings (as defined in the Terms of Use). Note that the word “entity” includes but is not limited to businesses, nonprofits, organizations, governments, artificial intelligence, generative AI, large language models, Internet indexing bots, other Internet bots, information scrapers, malicious Internet bots, etc.
